STATION13 - a little bit about us
As a family of keen backpackers and avid long distance walkers, the equipment we carry with us on such adventures matters greatly, not only in terms of performance, but also in terms of weight - especially nowadays as we are not as young as we used to be.
Kit and equipment has to serve a purpose and perform adequately in order for it to justify a place in our packs. With quite a lot of experience under our belts in this field and a real enthusiasm for backpacking (long distance walking and long distance cycling) we wanted to start a business that not only fuelled our passion, but also provided value for money alternatives to some of the high-end, very expensive big brand name items. The most important thing to us was that the items must be of high quality and perform as expected or beyond, items that we would happily use ourselves. We wanted very good, value for money items; we certainly did not want cheap, low cost items that would be unfit for purpose, totally underperform, or indeed fail completely.
With all this in mind we set up STATION13 - Quality Camping Equipment.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class for small items, and Royal Mail 48 'Tracked' service for larger items such as cooking kits, sleeping bags and tents. Contact us if you have any particular delivery preferences that we may be able to offer, such as larger items being dropped at a local collection point for you to collect at your convenience - very helpful if you can't be at home to receive the delivery (do bear in mind this may incur a small additional cost). But please don't hesitate to contact us - if we can arrange delivery to suit you, then we will.

Should you accidentally purchase the wrong item, or purchase on a whim and have changed your mind, contact us first and then simply return the unopened item for a full, no quibble, refund (minus the outgoing postage cost).
